Silo Summer Capture was last weekend, and if I had to sum it up in one image, it would be this one. Banana costumes, t-shirts, flowers, and more!

I haven't been shooting a lot of images of Chucks lately, but when I saw these shoes, I knew I had to get a photo. "Whatever. Forever."

This lovely lady always has the best makeup. I always love working with her!

A banana... and a Highland cow. I don't know. But, it turned out to be a fun shot.

For some reason, I love to convert golden hour photos to black and white. It may sound crazy, but the golden colors tend to work so well when converted.

Here's to candid smiles and laughing at photo sessions. This might be my favorite photo of the batch because I just love the organic joy. Let's pretend it's because I'm so much fun to work with.

End of summer flowers tend to be my favorites... My sunflower growing skills need some work, but my neighbor has the most gorgeous sunflowers, so I snuck some photos of hers!

Almost! I just love the look of the petals curled up, not quite ready to unfold.

The crepe myrtle seems to be going crazy this summer... This is another shot from my neighbor's beautiful garden.

I'm forever amused with the tiny little flowers that pop up inside of the center of zinnias. You can see the little bits of pollen in this image!

I'm not sure why my echanacea has these bleachy and brown spots on it, but I thought it looked kinda pretty. I added a double exposure for some softness.

If I'm entirely honest, I think I like the background of this photo more than the foreground. The bokeh here just can't be beat.
